Which shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS.
How soon will my order ship?
We ship orders quickly and will have it shipped out within 1-3 business days.
I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order! Can you fix it?
If your order has not been shipped out yet, then quickly contact us as soon as possible so we can get that fixed! Unfortunately, we are unable to fix it if it has been shipped. However, if your order gets sent back to us then we will contact you to let you know. You are responsible for the the shipping to resend.
Do your products contain any parabens or sulfates?
We are happy to inform you that none of our products contain any parabens, sulfates, or mineral oil.
Are your whipped shea butters and soaps good for sensitive skin?
The ingredients we use are vegan and made for all skin types. However, when trying a product for the first time, it's always a good idea to do a patch test first.
To do a patch test, simply use product as directed on a small area of skin. If no irritation occurs within 24 hours then you should be good to go! However, if you do experience any irritation then discontinue use. Our products are perfume free. We only use natural products.
My butter melted what should I do?
Don't panic. Refrigerate your butter for about 20 minutes. It will solidify. The texture will change, but the nourishing value remains the same.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life is approximately 12 months for most products (although we are confident you will finish it long before then). To help maintain the longevity of your products, we recommend storing away from heat and sunlight in a cool place.
